Wedding Day of Services

Silver:

  • Facilitate the rehearsal.
  • One person arrives two hours prior to the event to put out and check the place cards and double check the tables.
  • The same person will help with the wedding ceremony and depart afterward.

Gold:

  • Facilitate the rehearsal.
  • Two people arrive two hours prior to the event. One person will put out and check the place cards and double check the tables. The other person will personally assist the bride.
  • Both people help with the ceremony and dinner. After dinner, one person departs.
  • The other person will stay and make sure the agenda for the evening is followed.
  • Assist with collecting gifts and miscellaneous items. Facilitate flower distribution at the end of the night or make sure they are taken for the brunch.

Platinum:

  • Facilitate the rehearsal.
  • A personal bridal assistant, an accomplished seamstress, arrives at the time the bride is ready to get dressed and start her photos, to help her get ready and assist up until the ceremony. Another person arrives two hours prior to the event to put out and check the place cards and double check the tables.
  • Two people help with the ceremony and make sure the agenda is followed throughout the evening. One person will depart before the sweet table opens.
  • Attend a meeting with the band to assist with the agenda.
  • Assists with collecting gifts and miscellaneous items.
  • Facilitate the flower distribution at the end of the evening or make sure they are taken for the brunch.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah Day of Services

The base price includes one hostess and one party assistant. Additional assistants are available for an hourly rate.

  • One meeting at your home a week before the party to discuss details, establish the evening's agenda and pick up party items to transport them to the venue.
  • Arrive three hours prior to the event to put out and check place cards, double check tables, make sure all of the party favors are in place, coordinate with all of the vendors to ensure proper timing throughout the evening.
  • Assist with collecting gifts and miscellaneous items throughout the evening, ensure all guests find their place cards and assigned tables, coordinate the grand entrance of the guest of honor and display and supervise the party favors as guests are leaving.

Additional services are available at an hourly rate and may include: wrapping flowers for guests at the end of the party, delivering personal items and gifts to your home.
